Sable Pass in Parkland was built in the late 1980"s through the mid 1990's by several builders. Included are 1 and 2 story homes in an electronic gated community with low HOA fees. Prices range today from mid $300's to $500,000. Many homes feature pools and some are on canals. Located off of 441 and Holmberg road, Sable Pass has easy access to Sawgrass expressway. Children attend the top "A" rated school district in the county including Riverglades Elementary School, Westglades Middle School and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
