Much-Needed Inventory Rises for Fifth Straight Month in Broward County

MIAMI — Broward County real estate total active listings rose for the fifth straight month, according to November 2022 statistics from the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.

 “Rising inventory means more options and less bidding wars for Broward County homebuyers in our high-demand, low-supply market,” Broward-MIAMI President David Dweck said. “Like all South Florida, Broward County has seen a surge of buyers from high-tax, high-density states.
