It has been said that a “small town feel” is not defined by a city’s physical size or by its number of residents, but is defined by the feeling of community! If measured by the numbers, with over 126,000 residents in 2016, Coral Springs could hardly be called a “small town”. But if measured by the feeling of community-welcome home!

One way Coral Springs achieves this “small town feel” is by holding “Slice of the Springs” meetings throughout our communities. The city staff comes to our neighborhoods to discuss relevant issues and concerns. Police, fire, parks and recreation, public works and more come to bring the residents “up to date” on how they are helping to build and maintain the physical and social infrastructures.
