Shenandoah is SUCH a great neighborhood, especially for families. Your street is full of awesome neighbors, most of them with kids, and everyone is pretty close. These are the type of neighbors that look out for you when you're not home, wonderful people. I highly recommend you connect with them! Your house is right at the end of the street and there's no through traffic. Two property borders are lake front, with NO gators. The lake is twice separated from any body of water that might have gator in it. It would have to go from the canal on 14th, find a tiny tunnel into a big residential lake next to 14th, and not be spotted and removed, then find another tiny tunnel to get in your lake. I've never seen it happen, nor have my neighbors who've been there 40+ years.
