Each applicant over 18 years old must pay a non-refundable application fee (for leases and sales) toWhitemarsh Reserve in the amount of $75.00 and a processing fee of $125 made payable to AvantGarde Management. The application fee must be paid at the time of submission of the application.Application will not be processed without required fees.Completed and signed Background Investigation Requirement form must accompany theapplication. In addition, to a Background report and a credit report review, the Board of Directors maydisapprove any prospective tenant with a credit score under 675. This does not act as a limitationand the Association may disapprove a tenant for other reasons.
